Tentative Event Schedule for the FARGODOME

 

Monday, December 28th

1PM-7PM Registration in East Lobby of FARGODOME

1PM-8PM Mats Open for Workouts at FARGODOME

 

Tuesday, December 29th

Doors Open: 7:00 AM

Weigh-ins & Skin Checks: 7:45 AM (NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE)

Coaches Meeting: 9:15 am (Fargodome Team Room-bottom of escalator)

Rd. 1     10:00 am-12:00 pm

Rd. 2     12:00-3:00

Rd. 3     3:00-4:00

Rd. 4     4:00-8:00

Rd. 5      8:00-conclusion (should be around 9 pending JV numbers)

Coaches Social: 9:00 PM (immediately following wrestling) at the Holiday Inn

Free hors d'oeuvres & beverages will be available to all coaches/staff/officials

Wednesday, December 30th

Doors Open: 7:00 AM

Weigh-ins 8:00 AM with 1 pound weight allowance

Rd. 1     9:00 am-11:00 am Quarterfinals/Wrestlebacks

Rd. 2     11:00 am-12:00pm Wrestlebacks

Rd. 3     12:00pm-2:00 pm Semi-finals/Wrestlebacks

Rd. 4     1:30pm-3:00pm Consolation semis

Rd. 5     3:30 pm FINALS 1^st-8^th place matches

* All times are tentative

* If a wrestler does not make weight, he is scratched from the tournament

* There will be very few to no breaks between sessions

* We will move up start times for each round in order to get wrestling done earlier

* All wrestlers (V and JV) must be added to Trackwrestling.com between Dec 4^th and Dec 20^th, wrestlers may change weight or may be dropped after Dec 20^th but they CANNOT be added!

* All changes must be made by 7pm on December 28^th! NO EXCEPTIONS!

* All JV matches will be 2-1-1 and consolation varsity matches will be 1-2-2

* Wrestlers/Coaches Floor gate is on the Southside

* Team seating-Southside Fargodome rows V-LL(no team camps on the Fargodome Floor!)
